Description (partial)

Symptom:
Agent is member of Skill Group from which he was removed.

Conditions:
Agent has at least one PQ associated, one or more of his Skill Groups are removed, agents logs out and logs back in.

Agent removed from PQ still shows in Queue
Hi gents  i have an agent that was removed from PQ by removing all attributes. He was also removed from his team. On ucce admin the agent has no attributes and no team. But when I test the agent credentials finesse shows the agent in the same queue he has been removed from and he also comes up on the queues wall board. Any ideas on why this is happening  thanks
