Symptom:
The AnyConnect GUI crashes when connecting to a webvpn tunnel group when the banner text contains percent signs (%).

Conditions:
AnyConnect running on Windows connecting to a webvpn tunnel-group when the banner text contains percent sign characters (%).  This is triggering AnyConnect to attempt to perform string substitution where it is not intended.
