Description (partial)

Symptom:
Sometimes, the "show process cpu" CLI shows that the CPU usage for certain processes are high...may be even 90+%. And the output of this CLI differs from the output of top command from LINUX shell (if user logs into the Linux shell with existing mechanisms).

Conditions:
There is no known repeatable steps to reproduce this issue.
