Description (partial)

In QPS 6.1.0 we are facing an issue with logs, for example, for one user session:

I'm doing testing with ISG, and I'm tailing the consolidated logs from pcrfclient, for example: the first session I can see the acct start, interim and stop, for the second session I don't see any message and so on.
to be more accurate : for example the acct start is logged, the first acct interim is logged, the second acct interim is not logged, the acct stop is not logged and so on.
