Cisco Bug: CSCup38709 - Java Exception when logging into CLI

Description (partial)

Symptom:
Java exception seen on console on fresh installation of 10.5.1.98000-118 on SoARS STB. 
Please refer to JIRA PLATFORM-3088 for more details. 

The issue was said to be resolved in -110/-113 but able to reproduce it in -118.

Steps:
Fresh Installation to -118 of the 7 node STB, was able to see it on one of the Subscriber nodes.

The SoARS runs get aborted when the tools try to create Remote Account. 
Not able to login to CLI for the affected node and this affects Automation.

The test bed details are below:

Subscriber node ip: 10.89.70.124
Login credentials: Administrator/aut0!23

Conditions:
Issue is intermittent and not seen on all nodes of the STB.
