Symptom: 1.1.3 patch 9, importing guest account csv fails via sponsor portal. error to import guests: ?Internal error encountered. Please contact administrator or help desk.? Conditions: importing guest account csv fails via sponsor portal. Step 1 Click Import Accounts from the Manage Guest Accounts page. Step 2 Click Browse to locate the .csv file. Step 3 Click Upload to upload the .csv file. Step 4 Confirm these pre-set required settings: Guest role Account duration Time zone Notification language Step 5 Click Submit.
