Description (partial) 

Symptom:
- Oracle forms do not display the links tree.
- The javascript POST call with relative URL as argument is not mangled correctly. The POST is sent to:
/+CSCOL+/ab.html

Conditions:
- Initially the tree is displayed correctly, but after clicking one link and going back to home page they are missing.
- The ASA FQDN is resolved externally to the same FQDN as the destination server has internally.
