Description (partial)

Symptom:
ISIDs on a forced single-homed Ethernet segment appear as "NOT Elected" in "show evpn ethernet-segment <if-name> detail" command

ISIDs on a forced single-homed Ethernet segment appear as "PE2CEBLOCK" state in "show l2vpn forwarding protection main-interface <if-name> detail location <linecard>" command

This defect impacts broadcast, unknown unicast and multicast (BUM) traffic arriving from the core

The defect incorrectly sets the bridge port state on a single-homed segment,   as if they were placed on the Non-DF PE of a multi-homed segment
