Description (partial)

Symptom:
In the first RP crash we see that portchannel 7 was flapping from down to admin down, and creating an interfaces 7A and 7B.  
 
003904: May 23 11:01:50.105 PDT: %LINK-3-UPDOWN: Interface Port-channel7B, changed state to down
003905: May 23 11:01:50.949 PDT: %LINK-5-CHANGED: Interface Port-channel7B, changed state to administratively down
003906: May 23 11:01:51.849 PDT: %LINK-3-UPDOWN: Interface Port-channel7A, changed state to down
003907: May 23 11:01:52.269 PDT: %LINK-5-CHANGED: Interface Port-channel7A, changed state to administratively down

After this, we see the following logs, indicating that traffic will be software switched due to an error on the Network Management Processor 
 
003910: May 23 11:01:53.493 PDT: %MLSM-6-LC_SCP_FAILURE: NMP encountered internal communication failure for (0.0.0.0,239.192.83.80,1020),  flow will be software switched
003911: May 23 11:01:53.493 PDT: %MLSM-6-LC_SCP_FAILURE: NMP encountered internal communication failure for (0.0.0.0,239.255.255.254,1020),  flow will be software switched

At the end, crashing by a bus error
 
Early Notification of crash condition..
