Symptom:
query optimizer rewrite may cause "having clause not supported" error
ERROR hint in TruCQ:
HAVING clause condition in a semantic-session stream must have at least one aggregate and it cannot contain constant expressions that evaluate to false.

Conditions:
query optimizer rewrite may cause "having clause not supported" error when creating a derived stream with a session StoR.
example:
create stream raw( i int, ts timestamp cqtime user);
select cq_close(*) 
from
(select cq_close(*), i from raw
<session i TIMEOUT '10 seconds'
