Description (partial)

Symptom:
When upgrading from 1.9.0 to 1.9.2, the servers using the scheduling API will display an error for the Unified CM service status field.  This error appears to be cosmetic.  The servers that use Exchange do not display an error when upgraded.

Conditions:
upgrading from 1.9.0 to 1.9.2 while the servers are using the scheduling API, not Exchange
