Description (partial)

Symptom:
If there are two identical VPNv4 prefixes in vrf A (one is redistributed from connected and other is  atomic-aggregate) and those prefixes should be imported to vrf B on same PE router the following incorrect behaviour is observed:

- Despite redistributed prefix is selected as a best-path for vrf A (according to Best Path selection algorithm), and that prefix (as best path) is advertised to bgp peers, only atomic-aggregate prefix is imported to vrf B on the same router.

- Unconfiguring of atomic-aggregate route in VRF A does not trigger removal of the route from best-path of vrf B on the same router.

Conditions:
- Two identical VPNv4 prefixes (one is redistributed from connected and other is  atomic-aggregate)  in one VRF 
-  Prefixes from that VRF should be imported to other VRF within same PE router
