Description (partial)

Symptom:
When the user is set up with a password that contains UTF-8 / special characters that fall outside of standard ascii (for example C1scÃ?123), he is unable to log into WebEx assistant. The user web page login works ok. When you change to a password containing only basic ascii characters it works ok.

Conditions:
CWMS 1.5MR4 with AD 
WebEx tools 2.80.501.321 and 2.80.501.401

CWMS 2.0 without AD
WebEx tools 2.82.0.1713
