Description (partial)

Symptom:
Scrolling error messages being observed for corrupted ipv4_ma process on lcdisk0: for LC at location 5/1/CPU0 since June 3rd and process ipv4_ma cannot be spawned and remain in restart state.

Conditions:
The trigger looks like interface and controller config change on this line card, causing to invoke one of the thread; But the binary would have been corrupted earlier anyway
