Description (partial)

Symptom:
When ASR920 is configured as Boundary Clock as part of PTP certain order of configurations can lead to failure of PTP 
or crashes can be observed.

Conditions:
After slave side of Boundary Clock (BC) gets phase locked with the configured master and starts serving its slaves. If a new master is configured and if BC is asked to move to this new master above  issue can be observed.
