Description (partial)

Symptom:
In a First-Hop only lisp deployments with a Map-Server for management, First-Hop lisp router will install a null0 away route, which will prevent the route from IGP to win over this route and the traffic will be dropped.

Conditions:
Lisp must be configured as a First-Hop router without any site-gateways and have a Map-Server in the deployment as well, where we register the discovered EIDs
