<B>Symptom:</B>
WIM error occurs due to problematic packet reached TX direction of LC.

<B>Conditions:</B>
IPV6 set with huge flow label value set
Based on the suspect, the packet received with single label where for the incoming label, outgoing label is programmed as Unlabelled/Pop. Somehow GSR received packet with wrong label and processed the IPv6 packet as IPV4 in TX direction causes the crash.
