Description (partial)

Symptom:
Speed dial window will be preserved after time out

Conditions:
Steps:
1. enable Simplified New Call UI for phone
2. press speaker to invoke simplify UI, then press Speed dial , speed dial window will be prompt
3, input unexisted speed dial , then let phone is time out, -------problem: speed dial window also be display here, this is wrong, softkeys will change to ring out settings, recorder tone also be heared
4. press end to close window
5. press new call softkey , then press speed dial ,  speed dial window will be prompt
6, input unexisted speed dial , then let phone is time out, -------speed dial window is closed, session bubble for speed dial is viewed on phone UI
