Description (partial)

Symptom:
When customer initialize call back feature on CWMS 1.5 and above, using Australian county code +61 X XXXX XXXX ). The Prompt played is in us_English even if system Audio language is set to Uk_English.

Similar behavior is observed in case of call back using Indian county code (+91 XXXX XXX XXX)

When customer select uk_English as their Audio Audio language they prefer to get call back in UK English irrespective of internal call or call back with country code

Conditions:
Cisco CWMS 1.5 and above
System Audio Language is enabled and it is set to UK_English
Call back is initialized from CWMS meeting using the country code (Australia)  and not internal call
