Cisco Bug: CSCup30844 - PI Should raise Alarm for %IOSXE_PEM-3-PEMFAIL syslog

Symptom: At present Prime Infrastructure does not raise / clear an Alarm when the following syslog messages are received : %IOSXE_PEM-3-PEMFAIL: The PEM in slot <xx> is switched off or encountering a failure condition. %IOSXE_PEM-6-PEMOK: The PEM in slot <xx> is functioning properly PI did not produce an Alert when the Power Supply was turned off. Customer sees this as jeopardizing the redundancy in his network. Please add support for this syslog to PI as a matter of Urgency. Conditions: This affects Prime Infrastructures ability to raise Alarms for devices with redundant power supplies running IOS-XE, that are configured to send syslog messages to Prime Infrastructure.
