It can be observed that when a user launches Windows Speech Recognition software while Jabber is minimized. When Jabber is maximized/brought into focus, Jabber will crash.

Steps to re-created the issue:
Jabber: 9.7.0 and Higher
OS Name:                   Microsoft Windows 7
System Type:               x64-based PC

1) Launch Jabber and login to the application
2) Minimize jabber client
3) Launch Speech recognition from Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Speech Recognition
4) Once the Speech recognition application starts, bring up the Jabber client window
5) Jabber client crashes.
