Description (partial)
Symptom: ipv4_mfwd_ma process crashes following an ifmgr crash Conditions: The crash happens due to ipv4_mfwd_ma process running out of memory, due to a memory leak in ipv4_mfwd_ma process. The memory leak is induced due to ifmgr process restarts or crashes (due to any reason). Depending on the scale of interfaces, it can happen with one ifmgr restart (eg: 48K interfaces in this case) or multiple ifmgr restarts (with lower interface scale).
