Description (partial)

The AP802 forgets what time it is when it reloads. As a result, if it is using certificate based authentication to connect to the network (e.g. when in WGB mode), it will likely fail authentication.

The AP is using certificate based authentication (EAP-TLS or PEAP) to authenticate to the wireless network.
