Description (partial)

Symptom:
The error message while uploading the certificate in OS admin page of Unified CM is not localized.

Conditions:
Pre-requisite:
1) Install Japanese Locale cop file to the Unified CM
2) Now Traverse to the Security - Certificate Management in OS admin page of Unified CM
3) Download the CSR and get signed certificate for CSR from CA
Procedure: 
1) Login Cisco Unified OS Admin page with right credentials
2) Navigate to Security - Certificate Management - Upload Certificate/Certificate Chain
3) Click browse to select the certificate from the saved location
4) Click upload and check for the error message - which is not localized
