Description (partial)

Symptom:
With multicast routing configured on all interfaces if attempt disable on some interfaces as below:

find that when checking the IGMP status of the interfaces to make sure they were disabled that the physical interfaces are but the sub-interfaces are not:

RP/0/RP0/CPU0:TCRS-1A-RJ_RIO01#sh igmp interface pos0/3/4/0

POS0/3/4/0 is up, line protocol is up
  Internet address is 213.144.160.49/30
  IGMP is disabled on interface
RP/0/RP0/CPU0:TCRS-1A-RJ_RIO01#sh igmp interface te0/3/1/0.10

TenGigE0/3/1/0.10 is up, line protocol is up
  Internet address is 200.219.138.53/24
  IGMP is enabled on interface   <———————Still Enabled
  Current IGMP version is 3
  IGMP query interval is 60 seconds
  IGMP querier timeout is 125 seconds
  IGMP max query response time is 10 seconds
  Last member query response interval is 1 seconds
  IGMP activity: 2 joins, 0 leaves
  IGMP querying router is 200.219.138.53 (this system)

Conditions:
try to disable multicast on a sub-interface under multicast-routing
