Description (partial)

At times, the below error message are seen on the 2960X/2960XR/6800IA switches. 

PDT: %PLATFORM_RPC-3-MSG_THROTTLED: RPC Msg Dropped by throttle mechanism: type 3, class 21, max_msg 32, total throttled 1925

PDT: %PLATFORM_RPC-3-MSG_THROTTLED: RPC Msg Dropped by throttle mechanism: type 3, class 21, max_msg 32, total throttled 1927

PDT: %PLATFORM_IPC-3-COMMON: Unknown IPC message type 3276 size 60

PDT: %XDR-6-XDRLCDISABLEREQUEST: Client XDR Interrupt Priority Client requested to be disabled. Due to XDR Keepalive Timeout

PDT: %IPC-2-INVALIDZONE: Invalid IPC Zone 0xA0000000. 

The tracebacks will also be seen with above messages. 
The switches may become inaccessible after reporting these messages.

This defect has been seen on the 2960X/2960XR/6800IA platforms running 15.2(2)E, 15.2(2)E1 and 15.2(3)E. 
The issue is mostly seen in stack scenario. If you have one of these possibly seeing this issue, please call into TAC and reference this defect.

Can anyone give me more info? I have a stack of 3 switches that have different tracebacks but have the same IPC Zone and invalid zones but does not have the PLATFORM_RPC messages, but acts the same way.  The switch goes into some kind of half hung state where phones unregister and PCs lose connectivity.  I can  still SSH into the stack but only run limited commands.  sh tech, sh run, and dir all-file just hang.  The only fix we have found has been to reboot the stack.   I'm hoping shutting down the ...
