Description (partial)

Symptom:
BFS Source WUI:Disabled carriers present in the Output Port field

Conditions:
Issue recreation steps:
1. Navigate to a BFS capable GQAM WUI.
2. Edit, navigate to Output tab.
3. check 'disable' option for one or more of the output carriers.
4. Save the change.
5. Navigate to BFS Source WUI.
6. Create a Inband/ Bootloader datapump.
7. Select a available host.
8. select a BFS QAM from the list in which carriers are 'disabled'
9. In Output Port list, check for Carrier number which was 'disabled'.

Note: In multicat Digital Session WUI, 'disabled' QAM output carrier will not be present in the 'Output Carrier' field.

Expected result:
      Like in Set Up Definition and  Multicast Digital Session WUI, the disable Output Carrier number should not be present in 'Output Ports' filed of BFS source WUI page.
