UCCX CUIC Historical Reports issue
We upgraded our UCCX server from version to Release 10.5(1)SU1. After doing so, we lost the ability to create reports. When trying to create Reports as a user and as Administrator, we receive an error message "Access Denied". Has anyone heard of this?
