UCCX CUIC Historical Reports issue
We upgraded our UCCX server from version 9.0.2.11002-27 to Release 10.5(1)SU1. After doing so, we lost the ability to create reports. When trying to create Reports as a user and as Administrator, we receive an error message "Access Denied". Has anyone heard of this?
