Description (partial)

Symptom:
The physical memory used (RSS) that is reported by the Web UI dashboard, CLI (nrmcd) "session listprocesss" command, and server statistics can report incorrect values when the RSS memory exceeds 2GB.

There is also an issue with the CPU time used, which can go negative when a process has used more than 5965 hours of CPU time. This is counted as 2,146,483,647 "jiffies", where a jiffy is typically 1/100th of a second.

Conditions:
This is only an issue on Linux, when the server process uses more than 2 GB of physical memory, or has used more than 5965 hours of CPU time.
