Cisco Bug: CSCup25612 - Traffic Drop after ICL Shut/no-shut in Simple Ring with 6 Satellites
Jan 07, 2017
- Cisco ASR 9000 Series Aggregation Services Routers
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: When forwarding packets in both directions of a host <-> satellite system (at the same rate), the number of packets handled can differ (by several seconds' worth) while the link (between host and satellite) is being established. Conditions: nV Satellite system (the original DDTS was for an asr9000 host and an asr9000v satellite) with traffic being forwarded in both directions. A link between the host and satellite is shutdown and then brought back up, and the difference in number of packets is seen while the link is being re-established.
