Description (partial)

Symptom:
UCCX Engine heap memory usage is keep on increasing.

Conditions:
IVR Outbound:
IVR Outbound calls are not getting transferred to the IVR trigger, even though the real time reports indicate calls are detected as voice.

Agent outbound:
1. Agent receives the call, but auto answer, if configured, does not work. On manually answering the call, agent goes to Not Ready state.

OR

2. Agent remains in reserved state until browser is closed and agent does re-login (after at least 61 seconds)

This is due to the following incorrect / unsupported gateway configurations:

1. Voice Translation Rules are configured , that modifies the dialed out number

OR

2.The dial peers configured in the gateway results in call transferred to agent extension getting transferred to a different end point (say a different CUCM / PSTN network) successfully.
