Description (partial)

Symptom:
A module in a Nexus 7k crashed every few minutes due to a Hap Reset after multiple l2mcast process crashes. The issue happened on a F2 module (N7K-F248XP-25E). However, there is no indication that the issue is specific to only that module or F2 modules in general.

Conditions:
The issue is multicast related. IGMP snooping was enabled as it is enabled by default. The exact conditions are still being investigated.
