Description (partial) 

Symptom:
ASA allows modification of dynamic access-list that are in use on the ASA.

Conditions:
ASA allows modification (rules can be added) to dynamic ACL's like DAP ACL's resulting from multiple ACLs being merged in a DAP policy, or DACL downloaded from an AAA server such as radius.
