Description (partial)

Currently the CRES servers do not include the root certificate "AffirmTrust Networking" as a trusted root certificate.  As a result, it is not possible to use TLS to receive emails from the CRES servers.

Using a certificate that is signed by the following root certificate:

Subject: CN=AffirmTrust Networking,O=AffirmTrust,C=US
Issuer: CN=AffirmTrust Networking,O=AffirmTrust,C=US
Fingerprint (SHA1): 29:36:21:02:8B:20:ED:02:F5:66:C5:32:D1:D6:ED:90:9F:45:00:2F
