Description (partial)

Symptom:
On CT7510/CT8510, after restoring config by transfer download command,
when backup config by transfer upload command, ip address and netmask was inverted:

config snmp community ipaddr A.B.C.D MA.MB.MC.MD <community string>
->
config snmp community ipaddr D.C.B.A MD.MC.MB.MA <community string>

config snmp trapreceiver create <community string> A.B.C.D
->
config snmp trapreceiver create <community string> D.C.B.A

Conditions:
Hardware CT7510, CT8510
Software: 7.6.100.0, 7.6.120.0

Recreate procedure:
(1) restoring config from file on TFTP/FTP server by transfer download commands
(2) controller automatically rebooted
(3) backup config onto TFTP/FTP server by transfer up load command 

CT5500  is not affected.
