Description (partial)

From the problem description
1. Performed Planned SMC switchover from card 8 to card 9.

2. Observed that the system was unresponsive and couldn't login for long time.

3. There were lots of drvctrl warnings and hat errors(refer syslogs in attachment for details).

4. Finally there was an rmctrl and cspctrl crash (refer crash.txt in attachment) and this triggered Unplanned SMC switchover back to card 9.

5. Around 2 Lac calls were lost due to ims-authorization-failed even when failure handling was continue.

Re attempted the same test and again got back into this issue. Refer attached file for SSD, syslogs, and minicores. Full core was not generated. Marking this as QA Blocking as SMC switchover related cases are blocked.
