Cisco Bug: CSCup23020 - Controller's UDI details and model number are missing in PI

Symptom:
Steps to Reproduce:

In PI classic theme, under Home -> Top N Memory Utilization. Click the controller ip address.
It goes to the summary page of the controller, there the UDI details and model number of the controller are missing.

Under Home->Top N CPU utilization also the same details are missing.

But when going into Monitor -> Controllers, click the controller ip address. In that summary page you will see the UDI and model no details.
