Description (partial)

The CallType and RouterQueueInterval reports are cut with ReportingHalfHour fields which are GMT based (ie. ReportingHalfHour is 0 for a GMT time of midnight to 12:30). 
The peripheral based reports such as SkillGroupInterval are sending ReportingHalfHour fields based on the local time. This is based on the OPIHalfHourDateTime provided by OPC.

When tables are combined in the query and ReportingHalfHour fiels are compared.
All reports are supposed to use GMT based half hour values when these were added back in 8.0.
