Change Orders on Phone Device for Owner ID are processed by the system, however the new value provided is not reflected in the Phone Inventory details nor under the CUCM Device Page Owner User ID section.

The only indication that the Phone has the new Owner ID assigned is when attempting to place an additional Change Owner ID Order for the Phone Device, where the Order page will display the new Owner ID value assigned.
