Description (partial)
Symptom: In IVR Outbound campaign summary report or agent campaign summary report, the remaining contacts are displayed as 0 (for current days report), but the Outbound campaign page in Unified CCX admin interface shows a non zero value for remaining contacts for the same campaign. Conditions: The campaign has max attempts to dial set to 2 or 3. Some contact dialed out has failed due to No Answer (contact did not answer within the configured No Answer time limit) , Busy or the call was abandoned by CCX outbound dialer / contact.
