Description (partial)

Symptom:
Unable to add virtual interfaces to a service profile or make modifications to existing interfaces which would require a new VIF (such as adding fabric failover)

Service profiles will fail to associate due to 
"Not enough VIFs available on switch, check if server is discovered from both sides, possibly have to add more uplinks from chassis to fabric interconnect there are not enough resources overall"

6248 FI / 2208 IOM 
20 Chassis
B230M2 w/ PALO (Chassis 1-8)
B200M3 w/ 1240&1280 (Chassis 9-20)

System upgraded from 2.1.3a to 2.2.1d 
Chassis 13-20 were added after upgrade
