Description (partial)

Symptom:
Syslog message "%CTS-6-SAP_REKEY_TIMER_EXPIRED: SAP Rekey Timer Expired" is seen only on a switch which initiates a SAP rekey.

The purpose of this defect is to remove the mentioned syslog message.

++ The reason of removal of that message is that it is seen only if the switch is the initiator of a rekey. Also on high speed links the messages is seen very often which affects logging buffer.
++ A user can be confused if that syslog message is seen on one of the switch while on the other it is not.

Conditions:
macsec encryption between two switches
