Description (partial)

Symptom:
Disabling lacp graceful-convergence on LACP port-channels between two NxOS devices may result in the interface moving into hot-standby (H) state or suspended (s)

Conditions:
This has been observed on normal port-channels and virtual port-channels (vPC's)
