Description (partial)

Symptom:
While creating a Not Ready Reason Code, if by mistake incorrect key format was selected, i.e Instead of DWORD format, QWORD format was selected.

Without any warning message or error, the system accept this format.

Due to that, all agents will be affected because they cannot go to Not Ready state. When they try, the CAD freeze without any error.

UCCE 8.5 / PG 8.5 / CAD 8.5
