Description (partial)

Symptom:
Soft reset of Active XC-VXC-10G card initiated from CTC/TL1 resulted in traffic hit with switching time <50ms. The monitored traffics were DS1, EC1 & STS-3C and all of these had traffic hit.

Conditions:
Setup:
1. Two 15454 MSPP nodes with dual TCC2/TCC2P & XC-VXC-10G cards.
2. Provision DS1, DS3, EC1, STS3C traffics and monitor the same.

Steps:
1. Soft reset the active XC-VXC-10G card.
2. Except DS3 traffic, observe all other traffics will have hit of <50ms.
