Description (partial)

Symptom:
Cisco Jabber Windows supports importing of Contact list which are defined in an XML file

But as of now we can have the values of only Name,Group name,IM address and not the Phone number field in it

As per the above release notes, jabber supports import of custom contacts via .csv, .xml and .vcf, but using these methods we can only import Name, Group Name, IM address but not thephone  number.

The users are looking to call the external contacts which are imported through this Contact XML file and not able to do this

This feature request is to add the Phone number tag in the Contact XML file, .csv and .vcf

Conditions:

I created contact lists in .xml format  and imported them into Cisco jabber 10.5.2   But it has no telephone number   which filed can i use ?   The following XML snippet shows the structure of a contact list definitions file: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?> <buddylist> <group> <gname>Group Name</gname> <user> <uname>IM Address</uname> <fname>Display Name</fname> </user> </group> </buddylist>
