Symptom:
Device stops sending video when removing external camera while in sharing

Device will stop sending video once you remove the external camera while sharing. Establish  a call between two endpoints and then start sharing,Connect an external camera to one of the endpoints.
Now that device will use the new external camera. There is a delay in switching between the cameras. Once the external camera is active, unplug it and wait for the internal camera to kick in.
Now, Connect the external camera and remove it while the transition from internal to external camera occurs. Then the device will stop sending the video. user can see only a black video on at the recepient side.

Conditions:
This issue is likely to happen when the user unplugs the camera while the device is trying to switch between cameras.
