Description (partial)

When an incorrect password is entered, the following misleading message is returned:

"<cwcli> ERROR - You are not authorized because your user credentials have not been configured in the Identity database. Go to Admin > Trust Management > Multi Server > System Identity Setup to enter the user credentials in the Identity database."

The credentials are failing ACS verification so an appropriate message such as "Invalid password" would make things clearer.
