Symptom: 6945 | Don't see speed dial during transfer Conditions: Has speed dial soft keys configured on 6945 Cisco IP phones, and attempts to do a transfer of an active call,speed dial does not show in the transfer screen. The problem occur in both case (standard speed dial or BLF) CUCM : 8.6.2 6945 : SCCP 9-4-1-3 Seems like , this is a normal behaviour due to display screen limitation.
