Symptom:
Issue Description:

 When provided wrong password to login CPC Provisioning,  Mozilla Firefox ESR 24 providing error message like ?Invalid user name or password, Please try again? and at the same time it is giving indication to end user like ?For best results use a supported browsers?.  Already I am using the correct and supported Browser

 But in the case of IE, it is giving correctly only one error message says ?Invalid user name or password, Please try again?


Expected Behavior:

 Even while using Mozilla Firefox browser also, it should provide only one error message says ?Invalid user name or password, Please try again?. NO need of providing indication like ?use best browser version?. It provides confusion to end user whether we are not using the correct browser version, so only we are getting this error

CPC Provisioning    :10.5.0.633
